Agostino Agostini
Born in 1942, he holds a degree in mechanical engineering. He was patent counsel of Pirelli and Philips Elettrodomestici from 1969 to 1973 and from 1973 to 1983 respectively; after having been R & D project leader at Philips Elettrodomestici and Electrolux Zanussi for about 12 years, he was employed as patent attorney at Propria patent and trademark firm.
He joined Dragotti & Associati in June 2000 and he is now the manager of the branch office in Treviso.
He is admitted before the EPO, WIPO, OHIM and UIBM.

Michela Anselmo
Born in 1977, she holds a degree in foreign languages; she worked for two years as IP assistant at Pharmacia Italia S.p.A., handling and prosecuting the national and international trademark and patent applications/registrations. Luisa Beatrice Bartorelli
Born in 1972, she holds a degree in pharmacy. She worked at Bianchetti Bracco Minoja, a patent and trademark firm in Milan, from 1998 to 1999. She worked as IP Manager in Cosmo Spa from 1999 to 2003. She joined Dragotti & Associati in 2003 in order to attend to the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the field of chemistry and pharmacy.

Marco Bellasio
Born in 1971, he has a degree in computer science engineering. He worked at Botti & Ferrari as IT manager and patent consultant from 2000 to 2004. He joined Dragotti & Associati in January 2005. Claudia Cicirella
Born in 1956, she holds a diploma in foreign languages and she attended the “Translators and Interpreters’ School” and the “Istituto Universitario di Lingue Moderne”. She gathered a twenty-years experience in the IP field, in particular as to the trademarks, by working in different companies such as Società Italiana Brevetti for 14 years, Bugnion S.p.A. for 4 years, and La Ciura law firm for 2 years. She joined the trademark department of Dragotti & Associati in December 2004.

Gianfranco Dragotti  (Partner and member of the board)
Born in 1938, he holds a degree in chemical engineering. He was employed for 11 years with one of the most important Italian patent and trademark firms (Barzanò & Zanardo) and he established his own patent firm, Dragotti & Associati, in 1978 (which was known as SAIC BREVETTI until 1998).
He is reputed to be one of the best Italian IP litigators and, since 1989, he has been entrusted with a column expressly dealing with patent, trademark and copyright matters on the most important Italian financial newspaper ("Il Sole-24 Ore").
He is admitted before the EPO, WIPO, OHIM and UIBM; he is member of FICPI, LES and AIPPI and he was a member of the Executive Committee of Italian AIPPI group from 1985 to 2004.
Since 2004 he has been the President of the Italian Association of IP Consultants.

Claudia Finetti
Born in 1970, she holds a degree in chemical and pharmaceutical technologies. She worked as a patent information professional at Notarbartolo & Gervasi from 1999 to 2002 where, in particular, she specialized in drafting opinions about the “freedom to operate” generic drugs. She then worked in the patent department of Zambon until 2004, deepening the knowledge of the queries of the most important chemical databases. She joined Dragotti & Associati in December 2004 in order to attend to the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the field of chemistry and pharmacy, while being in charge of counseling activities as information professional.
She is admitted before the UIBM and WIPO.

Giulia Lavizzari
Born in 1969, she holds a degree in economics with a thesis in Industrial Property entitled “Collective trademarks”, she was an Italian and European trademark attorney with the Foreign Department of Bugnion Spa in Milan from 1995 to June 2004, handling all matters in particular related to trademarks and designs on behalf of foreign and Italian clients and of foreign associates. In September 2004 she joined Dragotti & Associati as manager of the Trademark Department.
She is admitted before the WIPO, OHIM and UIBM; she is member of ECTA and INTA .

Giuliano Michelotti  (Partner)
Born in 1936, he holds a degree in physics. He joined Dragotti & Associati as a partner in 1985 after having directed for about 25 years the Italian patent operations of General Electric. Since then he has been mainly involved with the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the field of physic/electronic and with the related technical and legal counseling.
He is admitted before the EPO, WIPO, OHIM and UIBM; he is member of AIPPI.

Roberto Pistolesi  (Partner and member of the board)
Born in 1967, he holds a degree in bio-organic chemistry, he worked for Fedegari Autoclavi Spa and Nalco from 1994 to 1995; he joined Dragotti & Associati in 1995. He has extensive experience both in patent litigation, opposition and prosecution, mainly in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech fields; he is specialized in patent strategy, infringement and validity opinions. He is a visiting professor at the Univeristy of Milan, he is a technical expert of the Court of Milan and he also writes for the most important Italian financial newspaper ("Il Sole-24 Ore").
He is admitted before the EPO, WIPO, OHIM and UIBM; he is member of AIPPI and of FICPI.
